From March 2nd we started to use Stripe as a payment service provider for all the joining members. Our IT built a feature that gives our members the possibility to update their payment details themselves in the Members platform.
To do so, you just need to log in and go to the 'Manage Membership' area. There you will be able to update your payment information under 'Payment Details'.
In case you don’t see that area in your Settings, it means you are still in the old payment system, and you haven’t moved your payment information yet. Please check your inbox, search for the email with the subject “Payment system update”, and follow your personal signup link. If you cannot the email, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take a look.
