In brief, our Policy allows members to sign-in two guests at a time, and the same guest can come to Factory Berlin for a maximum of two visits per month. This is to ensure that the guest allowance does not exceed the Nomad Membership allowance, for the sake of fairness to our Nomad Members.
In general, you can bring guests only on working days during our operating hours (8 am - 9 pm) to both locations.
Please note that various members of a team are not permitted to sign in the same guest two times each as a way to increase the guest accesses. The same non-member can only be signed into Factory Berlin two times per month.
If you need to have more external people in the space (for e.g. meeting with investors, clients, workshops) - you have to book a meeting room through the Factory Berlin App, as per usual, and additionally inform our reception team at least 3 working days in advance.

What happens if I bring a guest more than two times in one month?
You are welcome to bring the same guest to Factory Berlin for a maximum of two visits per month, and after this, the guest will be denied entry until the following calendar month.
If you need to meet the same person more than two times in one month, please use the Factory Kitchen in Mitte for your meeting, to ensure that community space is not being taken away from paying members.
You are always welcome to invite your guest to apply for Membership, and provide them with your Ambassador Code which you can find in your Members Platform. Our Community Team will then review their application, and make a decision as to whether this person is a good fit for the community.
In case we notice that you are abusing our guest policy on a regular basis, please note that we have the right to terminate your membership.

Do I have to register my guests at reception?
Yes, it is a requirement that all guests register/sign-in at reception before entering the space for security purposes. Please be aware that any guests who refuse to register will not be granted access to the space.
It is also a requirement that you pick up your guest/s at the reception desk, and stay with your guest/s at all times during their visit to Factory Berlin (without exceptions). This means that if you leave Factory Berlin, your guests are also required to leave the space.
Please also note that Reception may request to see the ID of anyone entering our premises, including guests.
Can I bring guests or my kids as guests over the weekend?
No, for security reasons that is not possible. Guests and children are not allowed on campus during the weekend as matter of safety and supervision given that the campus is unstaffed over the weekend.
This applies even if you have booked a Meeting Room over the weekend - only members are allowed to access it.
