The Factory Sustainability Circle: Empowering today’s sustainability changemakers for a better world for tomorrow.
We believe that the default mode of consumption is unsustainable for the environment and that we need to balancing society, economy, and Earth with the nature surrounding us and which we need to survive.
We are creating a supportive, collaborative community of innovators, aiming to transform the way we live, towards a more sustainable society and economy, within the factory community and beyond.
What we do:
- “Friday Feedback” every other week. Come and meet other people working in sustainability, stay updated with announcements about upcoming events and give feedback on one member’s current project.
- In preparation “Thursday Lightning Pitches” every other week. Listen to quick lightning talks about interesting topics. Suggest a fun side project, or talk about something cool!
- Factory Sustainability Meetups. Once every 6-8 weeks. Open events for the public.
Other ideas for activities are welcome, it is about co-creating something together, so you are welcome to initiate and to participate.
